Before painting begins, we review the project scope, site plans, specifications, finish schedules, colour selections and construction timeline with the builder, general contractor, designer or project manager. We coordinate site access, surface readiness, painting sequences and completion stages with other trades so painting work fits properly into the overall construction schedule.

Surface Inspection & Preparation
Drywall, ceilings, doors, trim, baseboards and millwork are inspected before coatings are applied. Surfaces are prepared as required through filling, sanding, caulking, minor repairs and correction of visible imperfections to create a clean foundation for the finishing system.

Priming & Surface Refinement
Appropriate primers and sealers are applied based on the surface and specified coating system. After priming, surfaces are inspected again and refined where required so imperfections can be corrected before the final finishes are applied.
